The following is a form that will allow you to check to see if your daughter has already been registered.
You will be required to provide us the following information (for security reasons): 

1. Telephone number (do NOT include area code. format = 123-4567)
2. Street Number

The system will then check the database file to see if a match is found. If a match IS found, the system will simply tell you that your daughter is in the system. If a match IS NOT found, the system will tell you that your daughter  is NOT in the system (at which point you should check to make sure you correctly entered in your phone number, first and last name). If the information that you entered was correct, please go to  Girl's Southeast - Recreational - Registration Form and register your daughter.
